Finding Balance: I have practiced Tai Chi for over 30 years. Half an hour every morning before a walk or bike ride and before breakfast. It helps me warm up, reduces pain from years of parachuting, and keeps me sane.

E-Bikes

E-Bike builds: I've ridden bikes since a toddler. Several years ago I switched to E mountain bikes to help get me up hills. Now I prefer climbing steep mountain trails to bombing downhill. I ride in any weather.
